2 weeks @ prudential

it's been 2 weeks i entered prudential Indonesia. My fisrt week was spent @ surabaya. at my first day working directly i should help to organize a conference called KICK OFF 2009 attended by 1100 agent across east java and kalimantan, its crazy man....

2nd week i should spent to help event called AGENCY CONVENTION 2009 at pekan raya jakarta,and its crazier man... 9500 peoples came from across Indonesia attended this 3 days conference

i was surprised when i met all team of Prudential Indoneisa,80% of them are young people under 30 years old,this made Prudential growth greater each day

i like the environment,n i believe i can learn a lot
